Tee nuts, also known as four-prong tee nuts, are ideal for adding a metric thread to wooden workpieces or thin sheet metal. Installation is simple: pre-drill a hole and hammer the nut flush into the wood. The four embedded claws prevent the nut from turning. Tee nuts can be used to attach casters or table legs to furniture. The M10 size is particularly popular for indoor and outdoor climbing walls and is therefore often installed in bouldering gyms. This makes it easy to build a climbing wall in a child's room. Caution: Tee nuts are intended for single use and cannot be easily removed without damaging the material.
