The shade sail is available in square and rectangular shapes, as well as various colors and sizes. The standard mesh-hole spacing is 50 cm, while the spacing and overall size can be customized. For installation, select a suitable area, measure the fixing points, attach the included ropes or other mounting accessories, and ensure that all connections point toward the center and are securely fastened. An installation angle of 2040 is recommended for maximum tension and quick water drainage. YANHONG offers support and states that it will respond with a solution within 24 hours if problems occur during use.
