WRS high-performance annular cutter made of HSS-E (Co5) with TiAlN coating and a 30 mm cutting depth for demanding applications. Suitable for all common magnetic drilling machines with a 19 mm Weldon shank. WRS quality for industrial and trade use, featuring innovative cutting geometry. Suitable for steels up to 1,000 N/mm, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and difficult-to-machine materials. Supplied in a practical QuadroPack plastic sleeve. The TiAlN coating reduces friction between the cutter and the material, improving service life and wear resistance. TiAlN remains stable at temperatures up to approximately 900C, enabling higher cutting speeds and offering advantages when cooling is not optimal. Cooling is generally recommended for a long service life. The 5% cobalt alloy in the HSS-E body provides additional, lasting heat resistance. The coating also improves corrosion protection. Ejector pin (6.35 x 75 mm) is not included and must be ordered separately; see the dimensions. Follow the operating instructions. The original TiAlN coating has a dark blue/violet appearance; the product images use a lighter blue shade for easier identification.
