INOX replacement grinder plate with 3 grooves, size 32, and a 16.0 mm bore. The disc has a diameter of 100 mm and a center hole of approximately 13.5 mm. Made of stainless steel and hardened to 53 HRC. Not suitable for the dishwasher; slight discoloration may occur after use. Rinse well after use and, for example, rub with vegetable oil. Please measure your existing grinder plates and knives before purchase and compare the measurements with the size chart in the images.
