Photographs can never represent all variations in color, pattern, and structure. No liability is accepted for the color variations, inclusions, cloudiness, changes, spots, pores, streaks, marks, and other natural characteristics that occur in natural stone. Customers must expect all variations that can occur in natural stone. Light-colored materials such as Viskont White or Raw Silk may develop discoloration over time. In most cases, this occurs with natural stones embedded in the ground, where the stone absorbs the color of the soil through moisture. This does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
