These zega-labels thermal transfer adhesive labels are designed for custom printing using the thermal transfer process with a ribbon. They are compatible with most small desktop thermal transfer printers from leading manufacturers that have a 25 mm (1-inch) core holder and support rolls with a maximum outer diameter of 127 mm. A resin-grade ribbon is required to print these thermal transfer labels and achieve a durable, smudge- and scratch-resistant result. For a scratch-resistant and durable print, zega quantum ribbons in 110 mm x 74 m or zega gold ribbons in 110 mm x 300 m are recommended, depending on the printer type. For even greater resistance to solvents, zega titanium ribbons are recommended. The labels are made from white polyester film and are suitable for heat-resistant applications and subsequent printing on thermal transfer printers. They are particularly suitable as nameplates for permanent adhesion to plastics, metal, painted surfaces, and similar materials. The roll labels are highly resistant to many chemicals, seawater, alcohol, household cleaners, and more. They are temperature-resistant from -20C to +120C. Compatible printer models include Zebra ZD220T, ZD230T, ZD420T, ZD421T, ZD620T, ZD621T, GC420T, GK420T, GX420T, GX430T, TLP2844, and TLP3844, as well as TSC TE200, TE210, TE300, TE310, TH240, TH240T, TH340, TH340T, TX200, and TX300.
