Description
- Thickened aluminum roof hatch: Made of aluminum alloy with excellent resistance to rust and oxidation; withstands hail, heavy rain, and wind for long-term outdoor use.
- Waterproof seal: The integrated rubber gasket helps prevent rain, dust, and dirt from entering, keeping crawl spaces, common rooms, or basements clean and dry.
- Safety features: The handle opens and locks easily by turning. Dual support bars provide slow, quiet closing, helping prevent pinched fingers. The hatch can only be operated from inside, enhancing security.
- Easy installation: The lower frame is predrilled and includes mounting screws. Position the hatch and tighten the screws to complete installation. For improved watertightness, the seams can be sealed with adhesive; adhesive is not included.
- Versatile use: Suitable as a roof window cover, emergency exit cover, basement exit cover, basement cover, or shaft cover. Can also be used in residential buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, warehouses, hotels, restaurants, and more.
