Description
- Galvanized metal roof hatch: Made of high-quality galvanized steel with a specially treated coating for improved weather resistance. It withstands sunlight, rain, and moisture to help prevent rust and deformation.
- Hydraulic strut for increased safety: The sturdy galvanized steel roof hatch features a hydraulic strut system that provides smooth support and damping when opening and closing. If an obstruction is encountered, the strut automatically reduces the speed.
- Easy to install and clean: This sturdy, lockable roof hatch with an anti-theft handle is designed for simple installation. Position the cover and secure it. The smooth galvanized metal surface resists stains and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Wide range of applications: Suitable for attics, conservatories, and large daylight areas in industrial and commercial buildings. It can also be used as a roof window cover, escape hatch, basement exit cover, emergency passage cover, or shaft cover.
- Easy to install and clean: Position the cover and drill to secure it. The smooth galvanized metal surface can be refreshed easily with a damp cloth.
