Ideal for jackets and other sewing projects. This superb waxed cotton fabric is available by the meter or half meter. The designs are used for all our products, including our jackets, waistcoats, and hats. All waxed fabrics are made at our facility in the United Kingdom, which has supplied fabrics worldwide since 1880. This attractive fabric is suitable for jackets, coats, outerwear, textile crafts, and lightly used upholstery. Antique-finish waxed cotton fabric has the same charm as an old pair of jeans; its authentic aged look gives it a worn appearance that is highly sought after in casual clothing. The antique-finish fabric fades over time and develops a soft sheen reminiscent of well-worn leather. Material: 100% cotton. Weight: 350 g per meter. Width: 150 cm. Orders over 1 meter in length are supplied as one continuous piece of fabric. Never use hot water, soap, or solvents. Reproofing maintains the waterproof properties and extends the fabric's lifespan. The interval between reproofing depends on the frequency and type of use, generally every 12 months.
