PI control algorithm with low noise, low vibration, and low heat generation. Signal inputs: single-ended, pulse + direction, and dual pulse. Built-in microstepping; power supply up to DC36V. Current adjustment is convenient, with 16 settings available; peak output current can reach 2.2 A, and the current is halved after a 1-second pause. The factory-set maximum microstepping is 128; up to 25,600 settings are adjustable. Optically isolated differential signal input with a maximum input pulse frequency of 300 kHz. Includes overvoltage protection, undervoltage alarm, phase-current overcurrent protection, motor phase open-circuit detection, and other functions. The pulse, direction, and enable terminals all feature constant-current inputs and can be connected directly to the input signal without adding an external series-voltage step-down current-limiting protection circuit.
