Miniature three-wire inductive proximity sensor with a 2 m cable. NPN: uses a common positive voltage and provides a negative output voltage. PNP: uses a common negative voltage and provides a positive output voltage. NPN NO: normally open; when material is detected, the black wire outputs a negative signal. NPN NC: normally closed; under normal conditions, the black wire outputs a negative voltage signal, and the signal is disconnected when material is detected. PNP NO: normally open; when material is detected, the black wire outputs a positive signal. PNP NC: normally closed; under normal conditions, the black wire outputs a positive voltage signal, and the signal is disconnected when material is detected.
