- Improved Thermal Clarity: The TOPDON TC001 thermal imaging camera for Android uses TISR technology to enhance the resolution from 256x192 to 512x384, providing sharper, clearer images. Especially useful for detecting subtle temperature differences on difficult-to-distinguish surfaces such as circuit boards and electronics. With thermal sensitivity of <40 mK, the thermal camera detects even the smallest temperature changes and provides precise thermal images.
- Wide and Precise Range: With a temperature range of -4 to 1022F (-20 to 550C), the camera enables temperature measurements for more objects. The DIY temperature range function allows the TC001 to set upper and lower limits and select corresponding colors. In addition, the TC001 can detect temperatures with an accuracy of 3.6F (2C) or 2% of the maximum temperature, and measure temperature with an accuracy of 0.18F (0.1C).
- Three Temperature Reading Modes: Users can manually select three modes to check temperature: point, line (highest and lowest), and area (highest and lowest). This provides up to 9 areas on Android phones or tablets and unlimited areas on Windows laptops. The thermal scanner can also perform continuous measurements of a scene and create a waveform chart to determine whether a device is overheating regularly.
- Lower Power Consumption, Longer Battery Life: The TOPDON TC001 thermal imaging camera connects to a smartphone or tablet and is powered by the device itself. With low power consumption of 0.25 W, the TC001 can operate for 47 hours with phones featuring a 30005000 mAh battery. For example, the TC001 can operate continuously for up to 220 minutes on a Google Pixel 4 and 313 minutes on a Samsung Galaxy S21.
- Wide Range of Applications: The TC001 infrared thermal imaging camera accurately measures temperature differences from a safe distance, which is useful for identifying heat sources. The TC001 is useful for home repairs, professional automotive services, crop and livestock protection, and more.
