Materials: rubber and aluminum wheel core. Size: 150 mm outer diameter x 75 mm face width. Hardness: medium 70A; hardness from 35A to 95A can be customized. Bore options: - 25 mm bore: 25 mm through-hole for use on a motor shaft or grinder axle. - For 6202 bearings: 35 mm bore with retaining rings; bearings are not included. - 12.7 mm bore installed: wheel mounted with bearings having a 12.7 mm inner diameter (bearing OD 35 x ID 12.7 x TH 11 mm). - 15 mm bore installed: wheel mounted with bearings having a 15 mm inner diameter (bearing OD 35 x ID 15 x TH 11 mm). Made from strong, durable rubber, this contact wheel works with No. 361000 abrasive belts for coarse grinding and fine polishing. It features excellent bonding and a long service life, with low noise and vibration-free operation. Application: Contact Wheel offers a complete range of contact wheels for specific grinding and finishing requirements. The contact wheels are manufactured to high quality and precision standards. The rubber elastomers are designed for long service life and reliable operation. New contact wheels are typically available in diameters from 2 to 14 inches. Face widths range from 1 to 6 inches and are available in smooth or toothed designs. Hardness grades range from 35A for polishing and light grinding to 90A for more aggressive metal removal. All contact wheels are balanced before leaving the factory.
