Description

• Material number: 3.7035; EN Titanium Grade 2; UNS R50400.
• Applications: chemical industry (equipment construction); offshore; aerospace technology (various components); shipbuilding; seawater desalination and flue gas desulfurization systems; medical technology; heat exchangers; cryogenic technology (cryogenic containers).
• Properties: high corrosion resistance in oxidizing and alkaline environments; excellent seawater resistance; high notched impact strength and good creep strength; excellent weldability; high ductility and toughness; non-magnetic.
• Density: 4.51 g/cm; thermal conductivity at 20C: 20 W/mK; electrical resistivity: 0.48 mm/m; melting point: 1670C.
• Tolerance for the width and length of a cut sheet: 2 mm.
