Description

• Structural features: Both the inner and outer rings have tapered raceways with tapered roller elements. The inner ring, outer ring, rollers, and cage form a complete, separable assembly.
• Load capacity: Supports radial loads and unidirectional axial loads simultaneously. Axial load capacity increases with the contact angle, making it suitable for applications with a higher proportion of axial loads.
• Applicable conditions: Commonly used in machinery subject to combined loads, such as automotive hubs, axles and transmissions, machine tool spindles, and mining machinery. Especially suitable for low- to medium-speed applications involving impacts or vibration.
• Installation requirements: Adjust the clearance during installation through relative axial displacement between the inner and outer rings. Excessive clearance may cause vibration and noise, while insufficient clearance may accelerate wear due to increased heat generation. A suitable locking device must also be used.
• Performance limitations: Cannot withstand axial loads in both directions. For bidirectional load capacity, install in opposed pairs.
