The SWAWIS hand-held pneumatic random orbital sander is suitable for automotive repair, woodworking, and metalworking. It is designed for sanding, polishing, rust removal, and waxing. Powered by an air compressor, it is suitable for applications that do not require dust extraction. The adjustable speed function allows the speed to be adapted easily, and the push-button switch provides simple operation. The 5 mm orbit delivers powerful, even, and fast sanding. A full-steel rotor provides increased durability, reduces noise, and minimizes overheating. To replace the backing plate, insert the included wrench between the housing and the sander until it engages. Then unscrew the housing by hand to remove it. Attach the replacement backing plate using the same procedure. For maintenance, add a few drops of pneumatic tool oil through the air inlet before first use and let the machine run idle for a few seconds to fully lubricate the internal parts. The recommended air pump pressure is 68 kg. Use an air hose with a thickness of 5 mm and a diameter of 8 mm or more. If you have any questions, please contact us; we will be happy to assist you.
