Contraction under tension: The Nitinol wire immediately contracts into a straight line when a specified rated DC current is reached. After the power is switched off, it returns to its original length (elongation: 2550%). Used in electronic locks; after being powered on, it can produce straight, spiral, V-shaped, and other contraction reactions. Attention: Measurement tolerance: +/-3 mm.
