STROFT GTP Type E line: The E stands for even, meaning level or uniform. Type E is braided just as round and tightly as Type R. The main difference is that the Peak UHMWPE individual fibers are distributed across more strands than in Type R, resulting in significantly smaller dimples. They are barely perceptible, which is immediately noticeable when running your fingers over the surface of this line. Although it does not quite achieve the surface smoothness for which Type S is known (Type S remains unrivaled in the market comparison), Type E already offers a surface quality that is clearly superior to that of other so-called 8X braided lines. This surface uniformity is not created by jointing or coating, as is often customary, but solely by the braiding process, which has been further modified and refined here compared with Type R. As a result, this line is significantly quieter than Type R when casting and passing through the guides, making it the right alternative for all anglers who find the running noise of the R type distracting. Due to its very tight braiding, it is also possible to create a self-clamping spliced loop. Available colors: water gray, citrus yellow, May green, salmon orange, olive green, and multicolor. With the multicolor version, the line color changes every 10 meters, and 1 m and 5 m markings are provided. Special features: surface smoothness, running characteristics, suppleness.
