Sport-Thieme Volleyball Post 80 x 80 mm, DVV II: Available in two versions. With its extra-thick-wall profile, the Sport-Thieme volleyball post is an especially robust model suitable for competitions. For league matches and tournaments in the Oberliga, Landesliga, and Verbandsliga, only posts with DVV certification mark I or II are permitted. The posts are manufactured according to DIN EN 1271. All controls, including the tensioning device, net hooks, and guide pulleys, are safely housed inside the integrated profile, with no protruding parts. The net height can be adjusted steplessly from 1.55 to 2.50 m. With DVV II posts, the net tension must be released before adjustment. In contrast, DVV I posts allow the net to be adjusted steplessly from 1.55 to 2.50 m while fully tensioned, without readjustment or retensioning. Advantages of the pulley system: The pulley-system version has no wear parts such as a crank, joint, or spindle. The net can be tensioned easily and quickly, up to a net tension of 150 kg. The blocks and ropes cannot twist or become tangled. Because the system is easy to operate, students can also tension the nets using the pulley system.
