Pressure sensor for relative pressure measurement with a metal thin-film sensing element. The measuring range is -1 to 10 bar, with an overload range of 20 bar. It is suitable for compressed air according to ISO 8573-1:2010 [-:-:-], as well as liquid and gaseous media. The medium temperature range is -20 to 85 C, and the ambient temperature range is 0 to 80 C. Accuracy is 1% FS, with repeatability of 0.15% FS. The sensor has two PNP switching outputs, a freely programmable switching function, and a changeover switching element function. The maximum output current is 250 mA and the response time is 3 ms. Operating voltage is 15 to 35 V DC, with short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection. The electrical connection is an M12x1, 4-pin connector according to EN 60947-5-2. The sensor has a round design, can be installed in any position, and is mounted using an internal thread. The pneumatic connection is a G1/4 internal thread. Product weight is 230 g. The 4-digit alphanumeric LED display shows MPa, bar, Pa, kg/cm, or psi, with settings made through the display and buttons. Thresholds can be set from 0.5 to 100%, and hysteresis from 0.5 to 99.5%. Protection rating is IP65/IP67. The product is CE marked according to the EU EMC Directive, is RoHS compliant, and contains LABS-containing substances according to the material notice.
