PVC shrink bags are suitable for quick and easy product packaging, including archival packaging. Place the product in the bag, seal and trim the excess material with an impulse heat sealer, then heat the bag with a heat gun or professional tunnel shrink-wrap machine until it conforms fully to the product. When using a heat gun for DIY packages, keep it moving rather than heating one area for too long to avoid excessive heat expansion. Ordinary hair dryers are not suitable because they cannot reach the temperature required for shrinking. The PVC film is strong and flexible, has high tear resistance, and helps protect products from dust and moisture. It also provides tamper-evident packaging. For sizing, the required bag length should be at least (L + H + 1.8) inches, and the required width should be between (W + H + 0.4) and (W + H + 0.75) inches.
