Description

  • Material: Compared with iron, stainless steel, steel, copper, or brass tubing, 6063 aluminum tubing offers high strength, good weldability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
  • Seamless construction: The interior is smooth and free of seams. The tube has an extruded or seamless drawn structure for precision applications and can be easily cut and drilled; it can be welded with suitable equipment.
  • T5 temper: Heat-treated and artificially aged to increase the strength of the aluminum tube and meet mechanical property requirements.
  • Applications: Commonly used in industrial, automotive, marine, and aerospace applications. Suitable for custom fabrication projects such as DIY air intakes, frames, boatbuilding, model making, crafts, garden products, general fabrication, and store construction.
  • Use: Please check that the tube diameter and length meet your requirements. After receiving the tube, you can cut it to the desired length and weld it with the required equipment.
