It is suitable for practicing precision throws, strikes, jabs, hooks, straight punches, uppercuts, knee strikes, kicks, takedowns, submission holds and chokes. The dummy can be laid flat for BJJ practice or placed in a seated position for wrestling exercises. It can be filled with used clothing, old blankets, pillows or other filling materials. Recommended filled weight: 40-120 lb. The unfilled dummy features a lightweight canvas cover with arms and legs for a realistic body feel and is suitable for judo, boxing, BJJ and MMA training.
