Chain and guide bar set consisting of 4 semi-chisel saw chains and 1 guide bar with a sprocket nose, compatible with the Partner R40 chainsaw. IMPORTANT: Chainsaws use different cutting attachments. Not only can the length vary; three or four different working lengths are generally available. There are also different chain systems, with larger and smaller cutting teeth. These different tooth sizes require correspondingly different chain drive sprockets, and the sprocket nose at the tip of the guide bar also differs. Therefore, the safest way to identify the chain is to count the drive links. The pitch of the drive links should also be known, such as 3/8 in or 0.325 in. High-quality semi-chisel chain with a long service life and easy sharpening. Cutting length: 40 cm 4 chains with a 3/8 in pitch and 60 drive links each 1 guide bar with sprocket nose and a 40 cm cutting length Drive-link gauge: 1.5 mm The cutting length, also called the working length, is measured from the housing to the tip of the guide bar. It is not the total length of the guide bar, which is always longer. See the image. The chainsaw shown is not included. The image is intended to illustrate how to measure the cutting length on your own chainsaw.
