The Balosso 210 is a floating needle lure developed over many years. It was designed as a pencil bait for versatile retrieves, with particularly effective presentations for target species such as leerfish and bluefish. It is effective for relatively inactive fish, especially in winter, with slow linear retrieves or a light, broad Walking the Dog action. For more active fish, use a faster, tighter Walking the Dog retrieve, or work it extremely quickly so it skips across the surface and imitates fleeing prey, especially needlefish. Its highly aerodynamic shape and 34 g weight enable very long casts. The lure features through-wire construction and BKK 4X Strong Break Round treble hooks, size #2. Seaspin has a reciprocal collaboration agreement with BKK, and the BKK sticker is applied directly to the lure packaging as a mark of product authenticity. Primarily intended for leerfish and bluefish, it also produced strong test results with barracuda and sea bass and has clear potential for species that attack on the surface.
