Wooden mixing tub made from high-quality materials for durable, practical use at home, in the kitchen, or in restaurants. It can be used as a rice mixing bowl or sushi rice tub. Specifications: Color: natural wood; material: white pine wood with copper bands; finish: color glaze; shape: round. Suitable for preparing Japanese sushi and Korean mixed rice. Care instructions: Because wood expands and contracts with heat, do not expose it directly to sunlight or cold drafts. If the sushi tub will not be used for more than two months, it may be soaked and sealed in a large plastic bag to prevent the air from drawing out moisture. Add a little water occasionally so the wood can absorb it and remain saturated and moist. If filled with meat or oily foods, scrub it with a mild cleaner and hot water. Keep raw and cooked foods separate to help prevent the growth of food bacteria. Package includes: 1 wooden sushi rice bowl and 1 rice paddle.
