Suitable for non-abrasive materials up to 800 N/mm, including unalloyed and low-alloy steels. For cutting right-hand threads. Use by hand with a suitable die stock or die holder. The die has two locating holes and a slot for secure retention in a die stock or holder. The Vlkel die range features three [locating elements] that correspond to the mounting holes and slots to ensure a good, secure fit. Use of a suitable cutting oil or lubricant is recommended.
