Product name: Rose Mallow 'Woodbridge' Standard Tree, 80100 cm Hibiscus Scientific name: Hibiscus syriacus 'Woodbridge' Growth height: Not specified Blooming period: JulySeptember Description: The plant has been grafted onto a standard stem. Hibiscus 'Woodbridge' has large, trumpet-shaped, double, purplish-pink flowers with red centers. Rose mallow is a very popular ornamental shrub that can bloom for up to three months in a sheltered, sunny location. Its large flowers display a beautiful range of colors from white to a deep red center. Hibiscus is particularly well suited as a focal point in rock gardens, planters, on balconies and patios, and in perennial borders. Winter protection is recommended in cold regions. Pruning by one-third or even up to half in January or February results in more abundant flowering. The plant has been grafted onto a standard stem. Plants grafted onto a standard stem do not continue to grow taller. However, the plant's crown becomes increasingly bushy in all directions. We sell garden plants grown outdoors. They are always leafed out and grown according to the season.
