The OpenFire pan features a unique three-layer construction consisting of an aluminum core with stainless steel on the top and bottom. This combination reduces weight by 35% compared with steel, provides significantly improved heat distribution, and is resistant to scratches and corrosion. The pan has a slight central recess, ideal for frying or deep-frying. The inner edges are slightly rounded, making it easier to turn pancakes, meat, and other foods. Two side handles allow the pan to be positioned optimally over the fire. The stainless steel legs screw into special eyelets that do not become clogged with grease or soot and feature a special thread designed to protect against damage. The rectangular cross-section of the legs provides better stability during assembly.
