Description
- High load capacity up to 47 kg. Made of high-density, high-strength Q235 cold-rolled industrial steel with solid industrial steel balls. Passed 150,000 push-and-pull tests without damage. Maximum load capacity is 47 kg, depending on rail length. Service life is at least 30 years.
- Locking mechanism and detachable design. A black lever locks and unlocks the slides. The slides automatically lock when fully extended or fully closed, preventing accidental movement and providing drawer stability and safety. Press the lever lightly to unlock. Hold the lever while pulling outward to remove the third rail, making installation and removal easy.
- Full extension and smooth operation. The three-section full-extension design allows the drawer to be pulled out completely for easy access to all contents. Two rows of high-quality solid steel balls provide smooth movement, even under full load.
- Corrosion- and rust-resistant. A special blue zinc-sealed surface treatment provides enhanced rust resistance compared with other products.
- Installation instructions: Choose the rail size according to the drawer depth. The drawer depth should match the rail length; a tolerance of 2030 mm is permitted. The clearance between the drawer and cabinet wall must be 12.7 mm on each side, 25.4 mm total. One set includes one pair of rails; screws are not included. M4 screws are suitable, and different M4 screws can be purchased depending on the application.
