Impact-resistant PVC fittings can withstand impacts and drops from significant heights. Compared with standard sanitary-grade PVC fittings, they are designed to resist cracking or breaking. Structural PVC has an attractive glossy surface and is suitable for display-oriented applications such as furniture, shelving, and pool products. It performs well where appearance is important. Compatible structural-grade PVC pipes and fittings are compatible with sanitary-grade PVC fittings.
