Description

  • Size: 4 mm tube outer diameter x 1/4-inch NPT thread; thread length: 10 mm / 0.45 inch; overall length: 45 mm / 1.77 inches; height: 18.3 mm / 0.72 inch; width: 33 mm / 1.3 inches. Push-in fittings are suitable for various tube materials, including PU, PA, PE, and PVC tubing.
  • Material: The air tube connector set is made of PBT plastic and nickel-plated copper. It is lightweight and offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance, helping prevent corrosion and rust. Its high hardness and strength make it suitable for high-pressure applications.
  • Features: The push-in connection uses stainless steel claws and steel washers internally. The restoring force can withstand repeated use. The oval-ring design is easy to install and remove, provides a good seal, resists deformation and breakage, and is suitable for long-term use.
  • Applications: Air brake fittings can be used with copper tubing in air systems and aircraft brakes. Suitable for repairing air tube leaks in trucks and RVs, as well as for industrial workshops, everyday garden or lawn mower repairs, tractor hose connections, and more.
  • Note: No tools are required; simply push the tube into the pneumatic fitting for a secure connection. The fittings must be operated at a maximum pressure of 1.6 MPa and temperatures from -40F to +140F (-40C to +60C).
