These lightweight aluminum alloy clamping levers offer strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. The spray-painted lever has a smooth, even surface to help protect against rust and corrosion, while the threaded studs feature a black-oxide finish with rust protection. The handles provide adjustable clamping force, easy installation, and a comfortable grip. A quick-release mechanism allows easy removal, and the locking function helps prevent slipping or loosening. Commonly used to secure or clamp components on industrial and woodworking machinery, including milling machines, drills, lathes, saws, routers, and planers. To adjust the lever, lift the push-button ratchet handle to release the gear, allowing it to rotate freely. The lever handle rotates 360 for convenient operation in tight spaces. Make sure the handle is properly sized for the component. Tighten the clamping screw securely to prevent movement. Excessive clamping force may damage or strip the threads. Lubricate the handle regularly for smooth operation.
