• The puzzle, poster, or art print must exactly match the specified size, which corresponds to the backing board and acrylic panel.
• If the frame is larger than the picture, a brown or unfinished edge of the backing board will remain visible; backing paper or a mat is not included.
• For puzzles, measure one vertical and one horizontal row along the outer edge before purchasing; do not rely on the dimensions printed on the puzzle box, as they may differ.
• The outside frame dimensions are 5 cm larger in both length and width than the specified size.
• The frame lip covers the image edges, reducing the visible area by 6 mm on every side.
• The acrylic glazing has protective film on both sides, which must be removed before use.
