Connect the melting furnace and water cooler with the power cable. 2. Place the crucible in the coil, press the operating switch, and set the power to maximum. 3. Place the metal in the crucible. 4. Press the operating switch, set the power to maximum, and begin melting. 5. High-speed melting proceeds. 6. Melting is complete after approximately 5 minutes; turn off the stop switch. 7. Use the tongs to grasp the crucible and pour the molten metal into a graphite ingot mold.
