To request a custom size, purchase the next larger size, open My Orders, select Problem with order next to the relevant order, choose Other problem and Contact seller, select Product customization, enter your desired dimensions, and send the request. You will then receive confirmation that your requested dimensions have been received. Custom cutting applies only to rectangular cuts. If you are not satisfied, the item will be replaced promptly or your money refunded. Please contact us through the order page; we will be happy to help within 24 hours on business days. Liability for injuries or damage caused by sharp cut edges is not accepted.
