Description
- Versatile PDMS film developed for microfluidic applications, flexible electronics and various laboratory projects.
- Made from special silicone rubber with excellent transparency, flexibility and elasticity.
- Available in three subcategories (SK, SC and DC) with different Shore hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and elastic modulus; check the images for detailed specifications before purchase.
- Easy to process using conventional techniques such as die cutting, photolithography or water jet cutting.
- Four-layer structure for improved durability and performance, consisting of soft polyester protective layers, an elastic PDMS thin film and a hard polyester substrate.
This series of PDMS films is made by addition curing of special silicone rubber, providing transparency, inertness, flexibility, elasticity, and resistance to high and low temperatures. It can meet the performance requirements of various specific applications in industry, laboratories, DIY projects and other fields. Based on their film properties, the films are divided into three subcategories (SK, SC and DC). The main differences are Shore hardness (A), tensile strength (MPa), elongation at break (%) and elastic modulus (MPa). Exact parameter values are provided in the option images so you can compare the differences before purchase. This PDMS film series is suitable for microfluidics, flexible electronic substrates, functional films, protective films, packaging, dielectric films and other related applications, meeting various specialized material-film requirements across many projects. The films typically have a four-layer structure: first, a soft polyester substrate protective film; second, an elastic and resilient PDMS thin-film layer; third, a hard polyester substrate; and fourth, a soft polyester substrate protective film. Remove both outer protective layers before use. The films can be processed using conventional techniques such as die cutting, photolithography or water jet cutting. They can also be bonded to many other substrates using commercially available silicone adhesive.
