Pattex PRO 400 Crystal is a high-quality, versatile sealant and adhesive that dries crystal clear. This universal mounting adhesive** is ideal for mirrors and tiles, handles on glass shower doors, fixtures in bathrooms and kitchens, and much more. The sealant dries transparent, making bonded areas difficult to see, and the adhesive can be painted over for the desired result. Thanks to Pattex Flextec Technology, the mounting adhesive provides high strength, excellent bonding performance, and flexibility that withstands impacts, movement, and vibrationeven under extreme conditions. Application: The bonding surfaces must fit correctly, be free of grease, sound, and clean. The application temperature is between +5C and +40C. Cut the cartridge open above the threaded section, cut the plastic nozzle to the desired bead width, and screw it on. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun and apply the mounting adhesive on one side in dots, beads, or evenly over the entire surface using a PE adhesive spreader; release the gun pressure. Join the workpieces; the materials can still be repositioned for several minutes. After initial pressing, curing is possible without further pressing. Preventive fixing of heavy or highly stressed objects is recommended for at least 24 hours.
