The installation height should allow convenient float reading. When reading, the line of sight should be level with the float. As a general guideline, the optimal flow rate is 50%70% of the meter's maximum flow rate; avoid operating at the highest scale value. Install a straight pipe section measuring five times the instrument diameter at both the upstream inlet and downstream outlet. The liquid pressure at the flow meter must be stable. If the liquid is too unstable, the float may fluctuate and accurate measurement may not be possible. A buffer or other component should be installed before the flow meter. The angle between the flow meter's centerline and the vertical line should not exceed 5 degrees. This product is made of plexiglass and is not suitable for organic solutions or corrosive gases and liquids. Package contents: 1 Liquid flow meter.
