- Made of 254 SMO with an enlarged outer diameter (SP); designed for use with flange bolts and nuts (ISO 4161, 4162) in oversized and slotted holes, on sensitive surfaces, and with soft materials.
- Secure bolted joints exposed to severe vibration and dynamic loads through clamping force rather than friction.
- Surface-hardened to ensure the washer is harder than the bolt and contact surface; 254 SMO provides excellent corrosion resistance.
- Suitable for all stainless steel bolts. Lubrication recommended; lubrication does not impair the locking function.
- No retightening required. Reusable depending on operating conditions.
- Rigorously tested and approved by independent institutes and certification bodies.
