Electrically conductive polyethylene clamp-profile hose. Applications: flexible hose for gases, dust, powders, and fibers; extraction arms; chemical industry applications including chemical vapors, vapor-return hoses on loading arms, paint vapors, and paint mist extraction; use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Features: abrasion protection from the external clamp profile; tensile-resistant clamping of the wall in the clamp profile; highly flexible and compressible at a 4:1 ratio; good resistance to alkalis and acids; extremely good chemical resistance. Electrically conductive hose wall: volume resistance and surface resistance in accordance with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU; for extracting combustible dusts (Zone 22 internally), for use in Zones 1 and 2 (gases), and for use in Zone 0 (gases). RoHS compliant. Temperature range: -35C to 80C.
