This manually retractable balcony awning features an aluminum-alloy frame designed to provide shade and sun protection. The polyester fabric is water-resistant, waterproof, and UV-resistant, helping protect against sunlight and sudden rain. Extend the awning for shade or retract it for an unobstructed view, and adjust the shade angle with the side hand crank. The telescoping supports can be adjusted as needed and installed beneath the eaves of a balcony or patio. Concrete walls, hardwood walls, or solid brick walls are recommended. Assembly is required and takes approximately 40 minutes before wall mounting. The arm angle can be adjusted from 30 to 70. Install the top cover with the slope facing downward to help prevent product damage. The awning is suitable for residential and commercial use, including balconies, patios, cafs, restaurants, courtyards, barbecue areas, and other outdoor spaces. The package includes one awning with a hand crank. The overall size is measured from side cover to side cover; the fabric width is narrower than the overall awning width. Available colors may vary or be customizable.
