Every photographer knows the problem: in the middle of a shoot, the flash batteries run out and need to be replaced. Photographers often prefer lithium-ion batteries because they offer longer runtime and stable, fast recycling times. When their service life ends, replacements are needed. These can sometimes be difficult to find at short notice, especially when a specific battery type is required. This is where the Nissin MG80 Pro comes in. It features a new battery system and is available for many camera systems from the end of May. The battery system allows different types of batteries and rechargeable batteries to be used. Another highlight is the integrated Air 10S NAS Commander (2.4 GHz), which allows the flash to function as a wireless transmitter and receiver. This makes it suitable for professional on-camera and studio photography. As a powerful professional flash with a guide number of 60, the Nissin MG80 Pro offers an internal master function and is fully compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, and Olympus systems. It also fully supports Nissin's current NAS models wirelessly. The package includes a flash stand, a filter holder, and a wide-angle diffuser. Multi-battery systempatented and effective design: The new battery system supports all types of AA batteries, including Li-ion batteries (type 14500), rechargeable NiMH batteries, and alkaline batteries. Using a 14500 Li-ion battery enables faster recycling times of 1.5 seconds, while rechargeable NiMH batteries require approximately 4 seconds. Long-lasting quartz flash tube and highly heat-resistant material: The long-lasting quartz flash tube, combined with extremely heat-resistant material, helps reduce the effects of heat. With these design elements, the MG80 Pro can deliver full power more than 1,000 times without overheating. Built-in Nissin Air 10S Commander and master/slave functionality: The Nissin MG80 Pro is equipped with an integrated Air 10S NAS Commander (2.4 GHz). Like the separate Nissin Air 10S, the maximum wireless control distance is 100 meters. The flash supports TTL mode, M mode, and HSS (FP synchronization) up to 1/8,000 second, along with many other wireless functions. In addition, the MG80 Pro can also function as a master flash when used with other slave flashes. Powerful 8 W LED modeling light with an almost silent cooling system: The 8 W LED modeling light is ideal for studio use. The new Silent Cooling System operates almost silently during the shooting process.
