EXTRA belts offer a cost-effective and reliable solution for drive systems in numerous industrial sectors. They are characterized not only by their efficiency but also by their environmental compatibility: all material compounds used are completely halogen-free. The belt body consists of a special rubber compound that ensures particularly high power transmission. Inside, a high-strength tensile cord provides maximum stability and greatly reduced elongation. In addition, the back of the belts is covered with a durable fabric, allowing guide rollers to be used without difficulty. From a technical standpoint, EXTRA belts provide excellent starting and operating smoothness. They cover an extremely broad range of motor powers and transmission speeds, reliably absorb vibrations between the drive element and pulley, and require no lubrication. Guide rollers can also be used smoothly on the back of the belts.
