Recipe idea: Pasta with durum wheat semolina. Ingredients: 400 g durum wheat semolina, 140160 ml water, 1 tsp salt, and optionally 1 egg. Preparation: 1. Mix the durum wheat semolina and salt. 2. Slowly add the water and work into a crumbly pasta dough. 3. Place the dough directly into the Philips Pasta Maker. 4. Insert the MY PASTA Archi Rigati pasta disc and extrude the small shells. 5.
