Product introduction: White nylon and nylon-blend material for food use, including Nylon 66. It is non-toxic and odorless, with high strength, high extensibility, and elasticity. The mesh offers excellent strength, good abrasion resistance, high-temperature resistance, resistance to decomposition, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, chemical stability, and electrical insulation. It also provides good vibration-damping and acoustic properties, with some flame retardancy. The fine, transparent nylon mesh is used as a sieve in aquaculture, flour processing, nylon screen printing, pharmaceutical, chemical, dye, monosodium glutamate, fishing, food, and other industries. Mesh refers to the number of openings per square inch. For example, 50 mesh refers to 50 50 openings per square inch, while 500 mesh refers to 500 500 openings. The higher the mesh count, the more openings there are and the smaller the particle size that can be filtered. Note: The gauze is folded for packaging, so one folded dimension is approximately 98 cm. Filter mesh selection: Soybean milk is generally filtered with 100150 mesh/in; wine and tea impurities with 150200 mesh/in; milk or juice with 200250 mesh/in; paint with 80200 mesh/in (thick paint with 80100 mesh/in and surface paint with 150200 mesh/in); and drinking water, suspended particles, and other fine materials with 300400 mesh/in.
