Sand faster and longer with Mirka Galaxy, the new sanding abrasive. A special anti-clog coating and the new Multifit design enable low-dust sanding. Low-dust. Self-sharpening. Long-lasting. The ceramic grains used in Mirka Galaxy are self-sharpening. The blue ceramic grain is designed to remain sharp because its structure breaks during sanding, creating new edges and producing a self-sharpening effect. Always correctly positioned with Multifit Mirka's new Multifit design features an optimized hole pattern. This concept allows the abrasive to be used on any machine without special alignment. The new Multifit hole pattern and the low wear of the ceramic grains provide fast abrasive changes and save time during work. This allows work to continue without interruption while maintaining an effective balance between long service life and dust extraction. Anti-clog coating One of the most important aspects in developing a long-lasting abrasive is preventing clogging. For Galaxy, Mirka chose a special anti-clog coating that repels dust more effectively. Dust does not remain on the abrasive, which, together with the Multifit hole pattern, enables improved dust extraction. Mirka Galaxy is a new member of Mirka's Dust-Free family. When sanding can be performed with virtually no dust, the abrasive stays sharp longer.
