• Polyurethane (PU) hose with high flexibility and a tight bend radius across a wide temperature range.
• More flexible than PE hose, with high abrasion resistance and very good low-temperature flexibility.
• Low permanent deformation after long-term loading; good resistance to most oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and oxygen.
• Applications: pneumatic or hydraulic lines, machine building, engine construction, measurement and control technology.
• Suitable for flexible hose connections for conveying specified substances; check chemical compatibility.
• Well suited for push-in fittings; the hoses are externally calibrated.
• Fittings can be used with PU, PA, PTFE, or PE hoses and copper tubing with outer diameters of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm.
• One-touch design enables immediate hose connection; pressing the elliptical sleeve allows immediate disconnection.
• Thread sealing uses an O-ring sealing surface for parallel threads or PTFE thread coating for tapered threads.
• Maximum continuous length of the PU hose: 100 meters.

Our fittings are suitable for PU, PA, PTFE, or PE hoses and copper tubing with outer diameters of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm. Installation of push-in quick connections: 1. Cut the hose end straight. For optimum sealing and secure retention, the hose end should not be oval. 2. Clean the hose end and remove any burrs. 3. Insert the hose end fully into the push-in connection as far as the stop. 4. Briefly pull the hose to check that the connection is secure. 5. To release the hose, press the release ring. 6. Pull the hose out of the fitting with a slight twisting motion. 7. Before reinstalling, cut the hose end straight again to avoid making insertion and release more difficult. The PU hose is suitable for pneumatic or hydraulic applications, including mini-hydraulics, as well as machine and engine construction and measurement and control technology. Depending on the fitting type, the silicone-free fittings may also be suitable for automotive applications or water. Ideally, use these connections with flexible PU hoses; for higher pressures or temperatures, use PA hoses. The fittings can also be used with copper tubing. Various models are available in inch and metric sizes.
