The gradient yarn cake for your new favorite piece. Our gradient yarns are plied lace yarns in which several strands lie next to one another to form the working yarn. The color gradient is created by knotting individual strands from one color to the next. We pay particular attention to the durability of our knots and even guarantee them. To make the knots barely or not at all visible in the finished piece, we trim them short. This also makes the yarn easy to work with, as you do not need to sew in ends. Our gradient yarn cakes are wound as standard with sections of equal length, so they can be worked from both the inside and the outside. The cotton-blend yarn used to wind our yarn cakes is exceptionally soft and easy to care for when cleaning. Our MegaBobbel can also be worked double for thicker jackets, sweaters or blankets. For this, two identical yarn cakes with the same ply, length and outer color are worked together. We generally recommend a needle size of 3-4 mm. When the yarn is worked double, the needle size should be adjusted to 6-10 mm.
