Product Description MasterClass has been trusted for reliable, durable, and innovative products since the 1850s. This Madeleine pan is no exception. Like all MasterClass bakeware, this bestselling, award-winning* Madeleine pan is made from warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel with rolled edges to help prevent water buildup and rust. It features a double layer of Quantum II nonstick coating, sandblasted onto the surface for improved adhesion. It is ideal for delicate, fluffy Madeleines. The specially shaped wells and excellent heat-transfer properties create well-defined, golden-brown cakes in the shape of attractive shells. Each Madeleine mold measures 7.5 x 5.5 cm (3 x 2 in). MasterClass also offers a 24-cup Madeleine pan for bite-sized baked goods. Both Madeleine pans are 100% PFOA-, PTFE-, and BPA-free.
